Ostrzeżenia bezpieczeństwa

Lista ostrzeżeń dotyczących bezpieczeństwa kompresorów klimatyzacji oparta o wymagania Rozporządzenia (UE) 2023/988 w sprawie ogólnego bezpieczeństwa produktów (GPSR): 1. Montaż i serwis: a) Zleć montaż i serwisowanie kompresora klimatyzacji wykwalifikowanemu mechanikowi, który posiada odpowiednie narzędzia i wiedzę. b) Upewnij się, że mechanik stosuje się do zaleceń producenta dotyczących montażu i serwisowania, w tym odpowiednich momentów dokręcania i smarów. c) Nie próbuj samodzielnie montować lub serwisować kompresora klimatyzacji, jeśli nie posiadasz odpowiednich kwalifikacji. 2. Używanie: a) Regularnie sprawdzaj stan techniczny kompresora klimatyzacji, w tym poziom oleju i napięcie paska klinowego. b) Nie używaj kompresora klimatyzacji, jeśli zauważysz jakiekolwiek nieprawidłowości, takie jak wycieki oleju, hałas lub wibracje. c) Wyłącz kompresor klimatyzacji, jeśli silnik pojazdu przegrzewa się. 3. Bezpieczeństwo: a) Podczas pracy z kompresorem klimatyzacji noś okulary ochronne i rękawice. b) Upewnij się, że kompresor klimatyzacji jest odłączony od zasilania przed rozpoczęciem jakichkolwiek prac serwisowych. c) Nie wdychaj oparów czynnika chłodniczego. d) Unikaj kontaktu czynnika chłodniczego ze skórą i oczami. e) W przypadku kontaktu czynnika chłodniczego ze skórą lub oczami, natychmiast przemyj je dużą ilością wody i skontaktuj się z lekarzem. 4. Zagrożenia: a) Nieprawidłowy montaż lub serwisowanie kompresora klimatyzacji może prowadzić do uszkodzenia podzespołów, wycieku czynnika chłodniczego lub pożaru. b) Kontakt z czynnikiem chłodniczym może powodować odmrożenia, podrażnienia skóry i oczu, a także problemy z oddychaniem. c) Wdychanie oparów czynnika chłodniczego może powodować zawroty głowy, nudności, utratę przytomności, a nawet śmierć. 5. Recykling i utylizacja: a) Zużyty kompresor klimatyzacji i czynnik chłodniczy należy zutylizować zgodnie z lokalnymi przepisami i regulacjami. b) Nie odprowadzaj czynnika chłodniczego do atmosfery. c) Oddaj zużyty kompresor klimatyzacji do punktu recyklingu lub warsztatu samochodowego.
