Lista ostrzeżeń dotyczących bezpieczeństwa hamulców tarczowych oparta o wymagania Rozporządzenia (UE) 2023/988 w sprawie ogólnego bezpieczeństwa produktów (GPSR): 1. Nieprawidłowy montaż lub serwis: Nieprawidłowy montaż lub serwis hamulców tarczowych może prowadzić do awarii układu hamulcowego, co stanowi bezpośrednie zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa. Zleć montaż i serwis wykwalifikowanemu mechanikowi. 2. Uszkodzenia mechaniczne: Regularnie sprawdzaj tarcze hamulcowe pod kątem pęknięć, odkształceń i innych uszkodzeń mechanicznych. Uszkodzone tarcze hamulcowe mogą nagle ulec awarii. 3. Zużycie: Monitoruj grubość tarcz hamulcowych i wymień je, gdy osiągną minimalną dopuszczalną grubość określoną przez producenta. Zbyt cienkie tarcze mogą się przegrzać i pęknąć. 4. Przegrzanie: Unikaj ekstremalnych warunków hamowania, które mogą prowadzić do przegrzania tarcz hamulcowych i utraty skuteczności hamowania (tzw. fading). 5. Niewłaściwe klocki hamulcowe: Używaj tylko klocków hamulcowych zalecanych przez producenta pojazdu lub renomowanych producentów zamienników. Niewłaściwe klocki mogą uszkodzić tarcze lub zmniejszyć siłę hamowania. 6. Korozja: Sprawdzaj tarcze hamulcowe pod kątem korozji, szczególnie w pojazdach rzadko używanych. Korozja może zmniejszyć skuteczność hamowania. 7. Wycieki płynu hamulcowego: Regularnie kontroluj stan przewodów hamulcowych i uszczelnień pod kątem wycieków płynu hamulcowego.
