Diesel Injector Seal Puller

A specialised tool, used to assist the extraction of the copper washers used to seal diesel injectors where they enter the cylinder head.

This tool has been developed to solve the common problem of removing seized and often inaccessible diesel injector copper sealing washers.

These sealing washers sit at the bottom of the injector orifice and are a common failure point. They are so deep into the cylinder head and usually stuck tight with carbon build-up that extraction is usually next to impossible.

That’s where the Diesel Injector Seal Puller comes in; cleverly designed, the tapered and threaded end of the tool is screwed into the copper seal to grip, and then steadily tapped up with the built-in slide hammer. What was a very awkward and difficult job is now achieved in seconds.
